SAVAVET recently participated in the Indian Congress for Veterinary Dermatology III, organized by the Association of Veterinary Dermatology, India. This International Continuing Veterinary Education symposium, held from June 7th to 9th, 2024, at Novotel Dona Sylvia Beach Resort in Goa, focused on “One Health Promotion through Skin Health: Advancing Skin Health in Animals through Enhanced Dermatological Care.” The event featured dermatology case conferences for both students and practitioners, along with a pre-congress workshop on “Diagnostic Priorities and Plans in Small Animal Dermatology.”
The symposium featured esteemed speakers such as Dr. Sheila MF Torres, Professor of Veterinary Dermatology at the University of Minnesota, and Prof. Dr. Rosanna Marsella, Professor of Small Animal Clinical Sciences at the University of Florida. During the event, SAVAVET introduced its new line of Dermato-Cosmetic products, Dermoscent from Nextmune, France. SAVAVET’s booth engaged attendees with interactive activities, including a dermatology-themed quiz for veterinarians. This initiative underscores SAVAVET’s commitment to engaging with the veterinary community in a meaningful and interactive manner, demonstrating their dedication to advancing veterinary dermatology.
