The 4-day event was an occasion to celebrate the combined efforts of Team SAVAVET towards surpassing objectives for FY 21-22.
The team landed up in Coimbatore and made its way up the hill to the cool environ of Ooty on March 6th. The hospitality partner Hotel Gem Park in Ooty was in a beautiful and scenic location.
The team had a great time in visiting important sight-seeing points in and nearby Ooty like Pykara Lake, Pine Forest, and Botanical Gardens. Purchasing tea and home-made chocolate was always on the cards. The team purchased tonnes of tea (God knows who is going to drink so much tea) as well as huge quantities of chocolates.
The highlight of the event was the participation in the meeting by Dinesh Kapoor, CEO- SAVA Healthcare Limited along with Dinesh Controllu, Head – Supply Chain Management and Sanjay Tripathi, Head – Product Planning & Inventory Control.
Speaking on the occasion, Dinesh Kapoor highlighted the importance of innovation in branded business. He further went on to discuss milestones achieved by SAVA Healthcare Limited in the recent past. The highlight of the talk was the announcement of a green field project of SAVA Healthcare Limited coming up near Indore.
Training for the upcoming new launches of SAVAVET was taken by Dr Ishan Madelwar and Alankar Waychal from
the Marketing Team. Tushar Ingole spent time in guiding team on various nuances of using Companion SFE.
Mahendra Grover, NSM – SAVAVET reiterated the importance of discipline in order to move forward. Karthik Rajan – BU Head – SAVAVET talked about SAVAVET’s business being at the point of inflection or at a crucial stage in its journey. The quality of food as well as other hospitality services at the hotel was liked by all team mates.
All in all, Team SAVAVET spent good quality time together cherishing the past and planning for the future.
