SAVAVET in association with Small Animal Veterinary Association GOA (SAVA GOA) organized a CVE program in Small Animal Gastroenterology and Ophthalmology in Goa on 5th February 2023. Dr D Sumathi, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Veterinary Clinical Medicine, Veterinary College and Research Institute – Namakkal spoke on Pancreatitis in small animals and Gastrointestinal emergencies in small animal practice, while Dr. S Sooryadas, Associate Professor, Department of Veterinary Surgery and Radiology, College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Pookode – Wayanad gave lectures on Diagnostic features of common ocular diseases in companion animals and their clinical decisions and Pugs, Shih Tzus & Beagles: Most common extra-ocular surgical conditions. The program was well attended with close to 50 veterinarians from Goa.
